Several permissions must align
A promotion can be visible only when local rules permit it and the operator accepts eligible customers there. Residence, physical location and payment method can each affect eligibility.
Selecting another market in a directory is a browsing preference. It cannot override a physical location where content is blocked or restricted.
How regional listings work
Each casino and offer is tagged with the locations confirmed by its source. A regional page includes only matching records, and an outbound link is available only when the casino and offer both support the visitor’s location.
Ontario listings use Ontario-specific location records. A casino can still have an information page when it is unavailable there, but Ontario visitors do not receive an unsupported casino link.
Why a country tag may not be specific enough
Canada and the United States contain province- or state-level gambling markets. A country-wide campaign is not automatically treated as approved for every province or state when the source does not provide that detail.
The casino’s current registration checks and promotion terms make the final eligibility decision. A directory region tag is useful for browsing, but it cannot replace those checks.
